On 24 February 2023, Vårt Land published the article “Jakten på de tapte Dødehavsrullene [Searching for the lost Dead Sea Scrolls]” about Signe M. Hægeland’s master’s project in which she researches the missing Dead Sea Scrolls fragments (“Jakten på de tapte Dødehavsrullene [Searching for the lost Dead Sea Scrolls]“).
On 16 March 2021, it was announced that Israeli archaeologists had unearthed Dead Sea scroll fragments from a remote cave in the Judean Desert. The Norwegian newspaper Morgenbladet wrote the article “Grotteracet [The Race for the Caves].” in which Michael D. Press was interviewed.
On 10 September 2021, Morgenbladet published the article “Vil ha skilsmisse mellom forskere og samlere [The Gap Between Scholars and Antiquities Collectors must be widened]” about the Norwegian National Authority for Investigation and Prosecution of Economic and Environmental Crime seizure of several artefacts from The Schøyen Collection. Thorleif Elgvin and Josephine Munch Rasmussen were interviewed about it.
